Wedding Vows: "I, (your name), take you, (future spouse's name), to be my wedded wife/husband. To have and to hold, from this day forward, for better, for worse, for richer, for poorer, in sickness or in health, to love and to cherish 'till death do us part."
This is not how I want my wedding vows to be like. I do not want to declare the negative things. I do not want to declare poverty, sickness, or death. Instead, declare something positive. For example, don't declare death over yourself or the person standing next to you at the altar. Simply just say, "...To love and to cherish for the rest of the days of our lives."
