Have Open Ears And Wait

So I don't have anything incredible to say today like I have all the other days.
Today, I think I will tell you something different. Something not from a song. Something not from Scripture. Something that God put right in front of me.
So I have been looking for a job, like most people probably are. I went into a restaurant and talked to the manager. He kept acting like he was interested in hiring me. Two, three months went by. I was starting to give up. Starting to wonder if I should stop talking to him and start looking else where. Finally, one day, I was like "Okay, Lord, if you want me to have this job, let the manager give me the job right on the spot, right on the phone." So I called him and before I could say anything other than "Hey, how are you?", he told me he wanted me to come in and fill out some papers.
So I want you to take from this that maybe the Lord is telling you that you need to wait patiently. Or that maybe you're frustrated and starting to give up, and He wants you to wait. That maybe the timing isn't right. If I'm being honest here, I can't tell you what He wants you to do. Only He can. It's between the two of you. So listen. Listen to what He has to tell you.
